Chef Guillermo Pernot, two-time James Beard Award-winner and Founding Chef of Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar, brings his made-from-scratch and ready-to-enjoy empanadas directly to you with his takeout/delivery concept: Empanada Alley. Inspired by the savory treats he’s tasted from Cuban paladares (small, family run restaurants) during his ongoing culinary travels to the island nation, Chef Pernot puts his own twist on these popular pastries for your enjoyment at home!
